Superior Hair for Superior People

November 7, 2017

Superior Styling Salon opened for business in November of 2015 and is owned and operated by Amy Azevedo. Currently, Amy employs a total of six people at her full service salon. They not only work to perfect a person's hair, but they also offer styling services for large groups such as wedding parties, and they have several hair products available for purchase at the salon, but will also take the extra step to order products that they do not currently carry if requested.

Amy opened Superior Styling Salon after working for a large corporate salon for many years and she was looking for a change. She had worked at the management level for 12 years and felt that if she could have people with the same work ethic and talent she had already been supervising, she could open her own successful salon. She chose to open in the Sault not only because she had already been working here, but because this is her hometown and she wanted to continue to provide her services to her town. Superior Styling Salon is located at Cascade Crossings shopping center. The location was decided on because because of the high traffic area and the number of consumers already just down the road, making the salon a convenient stop while shopping. Additionally, one of the perks of the location is the many available parking spots. Amy said one of the things she that make her salon special, besides the location, is the hours of operations (which are Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM-8:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM).
